   All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri, exclude US federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing time is the internal preparation period, not delivery transit time.

   Orders under $58 will be charged standard flat shipping rate, the exact fee will be displayed on the checkout page. Free shipping only applies to continental US, not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international shipments.
3. Delivery Time Estimation

• US Mainland Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
• Alaska / Hawaii: 7–12 business days
• International Orders: 15–45 business days, affected by local customs clearance efficiency

1. International Order Important Notice

   
   

   Overseas buyers shall bear all import duties, VAT, customs inspection fees and brokerage fees required by the destination country. We will not pre-pay or reimburse any cross-border tax costs. Shipping delay caused by customs detention is beyond our control.
2. Logistics Tracking & Lost Package

   
   

   Tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the parcel is shipped. If the package is marked lost by the logistics provider, please contact us for investigation within 10 working days; we will arrange reshipment or refund according to carrier compensation results.
3. Undeliverable Packages

   
   

   Packages returned to our warehouse due to wrong address, recipient refusal to sign, unsuccessful delivery multiple times, the reshipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
